Around Christmas time I am always looking for something new and different to give family. I am tired of giving the same old stuff. I love things that are unique and personal. I was given a wonderful opportunity to do a review for Things Remembered Custom Couture Collection. I received a simply gorgeous birthstone charm necklace with an engraved sterling silver heart. I decided to personalize this for my children to give to their Nana. As you can see by the picture to the right – it is a beautiful piece of jewelry. I know Nana is going to love it. So stay tuned to an updated review on her response. As for my opinion – I love it! The silver is so bright. When not wearing the necklace there is an adorable little pink pouch to put the heart in to protect it from tarnishing and then you can put the entire necklace in the black pouch provided. There are many charms to choose from such as birthstone charms (as pictured), letter initial charms and other various charms (i.e. cross, butterfly, pearl and more).

Imprecious is the most beautiful silver jewelry made from fingerprints. My necklace is a cascading design with 4 charms made from the fingerprints of my children. It is so easy to have one made. A kit is sent that tells you exactly what you need to do. You just follow the instructions, make your fingerprints and then send it back. There is plenty for error so no worries. Here is how it works. You can choose from several designs – necklace, bracelet and earrings. As you can see from my picture on the left, I chose a cascading necklace design. This design shows off all the  fingerprint charms beautifully.

I don’t know about all of you but I always have a hard time picking gifts out for my mom and mother-in-law. Imprecious makes the perfect gift for that hard to buy for person.
