This is hard and simple all at the same time. I love both sides and have things that drive me nuts. As I am sure most of you feel the same way.
1. I dislike how my Aunt always knows how to turn a family event in disaster when she shows up. She is a very unhappy person.
2. I love the fact that both sets of parents love their grandchildren unconditionally.
3. It would be nice if both sets of parents could tolerate being in the same room for holidays.
4. I hate the alternating thing for holidays – one year at the inlaws, one year at my parents. I wish we could all just wing it.
5. I hate that for Christmas that I am expected to pack up the 7 of us to go elsewhere instead of the two of them coming to us.
6. I love my family and know they love us!

This was taken on July 4th. My little guy is sleeping in my mom’s doggie stroller AND he sleep through the entire fireworks show. Big booms and all. I wish I could sleep like that, lol. The campground we went to have some beautiful gazebos.

2. Being able to sing and not make the dog howl, lol.
3. Getting to travel. I have never been out of the U.S.
4. Having someone to cook and clean for my family and I.
