Well, after the past few weeks that I have had I have decided to take the kids camping. A few days away from the modern world. I will be leaving on Tuesday and will return Friday afternoon. No technology (well almost none, lol). I think there is a television and I do have my phone.

I thin that there may even be horses to ride. Can one effectively ride a horse without proper equipment – breeches, helmet, boots, etc? At least that is what my 16yo thinks. No equipment – no riding. I think we can manage, lol.

So I will return and will catch up with all that I have fallen behind with – emails, giveaways, posts and more. So please forgive me needing these few days to regain my strength to come back and make things the best for all of my readers.

This was taken on July 4th. My little guy is sleeping in my mom’s doggie stroller AND he sleep through the entire fireworks show. Big booms and all. I wish I could sleep like that, lol. The campground we went to have some beautiful gazebos.

This week is exciting for my girls. Tessa is doing a week long soccer camp. She is beyond excited. When camp was done for today she came up to me and said ‘That was so awesome‘. I love when my kids are excited about something. That makes me feel so happy and proud.

Sydnie got to play golf with her big brother today. She was so excited! Her big brother even bought her a new putter to practice with. She said ‘Someday I want to be famous playing golf’. I had to laugh as she is so young and is thinking so far in the future.

Aren’t they adorable! I can say that because I am their mom but even if I weren’t I would still say they are beyond cute.

I will post a video later this week of Tessa at soccer camp.
