Everything Mom $500 BlogHer Sponsorship Contest

Everything Mom is having an awesome contest for all of us bloggers who already have a ticket to BlogHer but may need some extra help with the other expenses. Everything Mom is a new and exciting place and is all about helping us bloggers. How wonderful! The lucky winner wins $500. I could so use this. This contest ends on June 26th.

When I first became a blogger I had never dreamed my blog would do so well, that I would have such a wonderful following of readers, find other amazing blogs and that I would end up meeting such a wonderful group of women in the forums I belong to. I remember saying several years ago that I would never get involved with blogging. Well, guess what? Here I am and (OMG!) do I love it. I am now wondering what took me so long. I get a real sense of pride when I blog, when I am able to offer reviews/giveaways to my readers and when I can make a change for someone, no matter how big or small.

Now, I do have my ticket and am so excited. However, do to some recent changes in my husband’s job I may end up having to sell my ticket if I can’t win a contest somewhere. I do not want anyone to feel sorry for me. That is not what I am looking for. I just am letting you all know my story.

If I should get to go to BlogHer I am hoping to accomplish many things: learn more about blogging and how to better my blog, meet some of the bloggers I admire most, meet some new bloggers, meet some of the PR reps that have had faith in me to write a review for them, meet new reps and get a chance to be me. I am also hoping to be able to pass on something I know to someone else. I do believe we all learn from each other. That is what  bloggers have taught me. I think BlogHer would be the best thing to happen to my blog since toast, lol.

Everything Mom has a new program called Sharing Revenue. This program is designed to help bloggers begin to earn revenue from blogging. How awesome is that!

If I should win this contest I would not only promote this program but giving out business cards with info on them (directlyinto their hands and in swag bags) but I would also continue to promote this program on my blog as well. I belong to many forums and associations and would be able to make Sharing Revenue known. Not to mention wearing a shirt to advertise couldn’t help. Maybe I could wear a jumpsuit with business cards tacked all over me to promote Everything Mom. People can walk by me and pull one off. Could you imagine the vlogs on that one, lol. How about I do live vlogs throughout BlogHer showing me promoting Everything Mom and Sharing Revenue? I would immediately post on my blog for all to see me brag about this wonderful opportunity open to us all.

I guess I could go on all day but if I haven’t done my job by now I would be able to. Let’s just say I would make you proud.
