My Opinion: There are tons and tons of books on the market but there are not many that are fun to read AND teach our children about our environment. Children love to read and I believe in exposing my children to many types of books whenever I can. My 18yo read this book (he is getting a minor in English in college). He loved the book. He thought is was very well written and defintely captured your attention. I also read the book and I enjoyed it very much. I read the book out loud to my 5yo and she was begging me to read it everyday till we finished it. Curse of The Bone Pirates offers what all kids love – excitement and the ability to capture their attention along with what parents want – teaching some valuable important lessons.
